On a positive note, I did have a great Spa experience and the service and food in Biscotti's was very good.
When we called to inquire that morning, we were told that they are suppose to check and make sure that all the individual circuit breakers are flipped and that ours must of been missed. On our 3rd day we did not have hot water in our room from 3pm until 8am the following morning. The room was also not very sound proof and we could hear our neighbors conversations fairly easily. She was very rude and informed us that the hotel was sold out and there was nothing she could for us that evening. We called the front desk 'immediately' and asked to be moved to the other room that was available. Upon entering our room we discovered that the carpet had a large roll in it from water damage which caused you to trip each time you passed over it. However, we did have a choice of a Pool or Mountain view room. I had requested higher floors on my reservation but was informed that they were not available. We booked the Tuscan Tower Suites and when we arrived (Friday Night) the Tuscan Tower check-in counter was closed, so we stood in line close to 20 minutes for our check-in. Experience the eco-conscious Peppermill Resort Spa Casino, Reno’s premiere AAA Four-Diamond resort, boasting 1,631 luxurious guest rooms including the 600 room all-suite Tuscany Tower. It appears that customer service is now a secondary thought at this resort.
However, this time was a very disappointing experience. We have stayed at the Peppermill many times and always enjoyed our stay.
